ABOUT THE HALL:

In 1913 a meeting was held in a private residence to discuss the erection of a Public Hall at Mitre Lake South (now known as Mitre) The new hall was opened in November 1915. The Golden Jubilee was celebrated on the 19th November 1965. A super room was added in 1966. We hope our forebears would be proud to see the hall well kept and maintained, 100 years on.
