VICTORIA, Tatura, Goulburn Valley Concert Orchestra comes to Victory Hall Tatura

The Goulburn Valley Concert Orchestra will play a wide selection of music designed to delight all those who attend.
Their concert at the same venue back in 2013 delighted over 140 people from Tatura and around the region and we expect the same response again. The music, beautifully arranged and performed comes from a variety of styles with some classics and newer pieces combined to provide all audience members with a memorable experience.

The Mechanics land was given to the Trustees in October 1880 and the Victory Hall land in 1923. The Mechanics Hall was built in 1880 -1882.
The Tatura Civic Halls Complex comprises the Mechanics Institute (1888) and Victory Hall (1925 – built as a monument to the fallen of WWI). Since then the Halls have become the centre of the town’s cultural and entertainment activities and is a magnificent edifice.
