ABOUT THE HALL:
The VRI hall has recently been leased by Traralgon Neighbourhood Learning House and a project to restore the run down building and site to it’s former glory has been underway this year in partnership with RMIT OUTR (Office of Urban Transformation Research).
In the past the hall was a centre for social and recreational activity in Traralgon. Badminton, table tennis, tennis and dances were some of the activities held in the space as well as it’s uses for wedding, engagement and birthday parties.
We hope to restore this space into a centre for our community to learn, connect and share.
